What is "Breast Cancer" ? 🤔✨

It is condition in which females breast cells get mutated due to any factor and start growing abnormally , from a lump , which lead to future spread to other organs due to metastasis.

Metastasis 

Spread of cancerous cells to other places or organ in body from one affected area 

Types of Breast cancers 💢

Generally two types : 

"Adeno carcinoma type"

.it arises from gland .it mostly seen in people with "high socio-economic status".

"Squamous cell carcinoma type"

.found in people with low socio- economic status, and aries cells of breast. 

Risk factors for Breast Cancer 📈‼️

Growing age

 High economic status people

Alcohol intake 

High fats deit

Obesity 

Due to late menopause 

Early menarche

Nulliparity ( multiple pregnancy)

Late age  pregnancy

Family history of mother positive (most important) 

Other Cancer like endometrial cancer , cancer or ovary 

History of radiation exposure 

Hormone replacement therapy taken

Genetic mutation of BRCA 1 , BRCA 2

Symptoms of breast cancer ⚠️🤔

Hard , painless, Lump noticed in breast 

Change in breast size and shape

Thickness or swelling in any part of breast 

Redness in breast 

Dimpling in breast 

Tenderness/ thick skin around breast 

Nipple changes :

Nipple going inward ( retraction)

Pain or burning sensation 

Rash around nipple

Blood coming as nipple discharge 

Unexplained breast pain for longtime

Ulcer seen around breast

Pathway of spread of " Breast cancer " 🧠

Breast cancer cells first invade - posterior inter costal vein via which it invades vertebral venous plexus also called Baston plexus .

Through Baston plexus it reaches lumber vertebrae and dural venous sinus and then other parts of body

 .

Treatment of "Breast cancer"😊👨‍⚕️

In early stage of 1,2,3 we opt for breast conservation surgery 

In order to prevent reoccurrence we do Radio Therapy(RT) during post operative period 

Is breast conservation surgery is not possible then we go for Total mastectomy where entire breast cells and tissue are removed .

If breast size lump is more than 1 cm and lymph nodes affected chemotherapy is given before surgery .

Why Indian women need more awareness!!❌⚠️

Indian women need to be aware of this major issue of breast cancer . India is vast country with a large population , breast cancer is a increasing in numbers rapidly due to modern deit and lifestyles and environmental factor like inhaling polluted air and radiation exposure in some special cases , which make mutation of cells easily leading to Breast cancer. 

Government need to work on this issue more rapidly , breast cancer cancer easily be cure if symptoms are detected early and awareness is most important factor for screen of the breast cancer amoung low scio - economic people , who don't know what minor changes leading to a big issue of the human body .

Wrapping it up 

Breast cancer is a disease which need maximum awareness among society,if we detect symptoms early and treatment it at it lowest , easily it will be cured .

Government promotion are going on this and need to be expand so that it reaches every group of society, it out responsibility also to spread awareness about this by running Champaign so that every one who is suffering scilently should know and act on time to cure it .

Awareness is a first component to save the society from a big disease like Breast cancer to destroy people life .
