In fact 40%-60% of dopamine is produces in gut through these  signal reached gut and dopamine level fluctuation leads to low motivation , stress , depression ,anxiety and many other mental disorders .

GABA ( Gamma-Amino Butyric Acid ) it’s in type of neurotransmitter which is also called Anti- Anxiety chemical which helps to reduce anxiety , reduce stress, help to cure poor sleep cycles .

It’s help by gut Bacteria like Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium to produce GABA by sending signals to brain to reduce stress ,anxiety .

Cortisol is is know as “ stress hormone ” produced by adrenal gland by body to reduce stress when gut health get bad it gives signal to produce more cortisol which lead to anxiety , mood swings
